Co-Founder and Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Kathleen Regan believes that health begins with how and what we eat. Her primary clinical focus is nutrition. She integrates her experience with clinical and traditional nutrition to help patients create programs and healthy habits one step at a time. Kathleen also takes a hands-on approach to health concerns by integrating acupuncture and cranial sacral techniques. These therapies allow her to listen to the body and facilitate healing through relaxation of the nervous system. She finds that this approach can be helpful for a range of conditions, including digestive concerns, autoimmune conditions, respiratory conditions, hormonal balance, fertility, chronic fatigue, chronic pain/injury, headaches, and stress management. Kathleen maintains a naturopathic family practice with a special interest in women’s health, family planning, fertility, prenatal wellness, pregnancy, holistic family health care and pediatric care.
Kathleen completed her naturopathic training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto in 2009 and is a registered member of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto in Research Psychology.

Reiki Master
Etsuko moved to Canada from Tokyo, Japan in 2016. She has been practicing Usui Reiki, along with other energy healing methods, since 2011. Etsuko mainly practices Jikiden Reiki, authentic Japanese Reiki that has not been modified by other cultures or healing methods. Jikiden Reiki is one of the oldest forms of Reiki, closest to the original teachings of Dr. Usui.
Prior to her time as a Reiki practitioner, Etsuko worked as a Registered Nurse in Tokyo for more than 20 years. Her work experience as an RN was varied, having spent time in ER, heart surgery, brain surgery, psychiatry medicine, etc. As a result of her extensive experience in health services and her Reiki training, Etsuko believes that optimal health can be obtained by bringing into balance the physical, emotional and spiritual in each of us. She carries this belief into her own personal life with her regular practice of yoga and Tai Chi.
Reiki can be described as a wave of positive light energy, channelled through the practitioner through gentle hands-on touch. It is universal energy that goes to the source of resistance and reminds us of who we are at our core essence. Etsuko Ikeda is a very positive and compassionate healer (for humans and animals alike). As an active volunteer for SPCA, she also espouses Reiki for animals.
