  • 2 Parts Lemon Balm (1 Cup)
  • 2 Parts Chamomile (1 Cup)
  • 1 Part Oat Tops (1/2 Cup)
  • 1 Part Rose Petals (1/2 Cup)
  • 1 Part Lavender (1/2 Cup)
  • Optional: Cinnamon Sticks

Instructions

Steep 1 tbsp per 250ml of boiled water for 10 minutes. Serve in smaller quantities for a solo tea session or in a pot for large tea parties. Add a cinnamon stick for flavour or garnish.
