The Human Energy Body or biofield surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body and is made of two distinct modules. One is a complex system of electromagnetic fields known as Aura or Auric Field where every bit of information about physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health is recorded since the day the body was conceived. The other module is made of Subtle Energy–also known as Bio-Energy, Chi, Orgon, Ki, Prana, etc.–funnelled into and around the physical body by the spin of the trillions of particles the body is made of. Both modules surround and interpenetrate the physical body.

The biofield is responsible for the communication between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies and regulates the body’s biological function and homeostasis – the ability of an organism to maintain a state of internal balance and physical wellbeing despite changes or outside factors. Our Biofield energy patterns are sensitive to low-vibrational electromagnetic fields like those we create by associating a negative thought or event to a correspondent negative emotion. Every time we experience or remember a negative event, we generate electromagnetic (EM) fields that can end up sitting anywhere in our biofield, damaging the information contained in the energy patterns. The higher amount of low vibrational EM fields in our biofield, the more our physical, emotional, and mental bodies are vulnerable and exposed to imbalance and disease.

Three minutes/day to avoid old and new negative emotions lingering in your energy body:

1. Sit on a chair with your back straight and hands on your knees. Pull up in your brain a thought or a memory that causes you emotional discomfort like a feeling of sadness, rage, resentment, etc. Based on its intensity, rate this feeling from one to ten, where ten corresponds to uncontrollable emotion.

2. Set a timer for three minutes. Close your eyes and take a deep and slow breath. Focus your brain on the part of your bum that touches the chair and the part of your feet that touch the floor. Hold the focus for at least three minutes. If your brain wades away, bring it back on these two spots gently.

3. After three minutes, pull back in your brain that thought or memory and rate from 1 to 10 the intensity of the emotion you are feeling. If the exercise is done correctly the intensity should have reduced anywhere from seven to one.

4. Repeat the exercise until the feeling reaches a rate of one or zero, at which point the electromagnetic field related to that event finally broke and won’t hurt you any longer even if you reprocess it in the future.

My advice is to repeat the exercise by processing every negative life event that still causes discomfort to lower the overall emotional pressure we always carry around. Whether we realize it or not.

Three minutes per day, then time for a quick shower!
